Track & Field AI1.6.7 - App Store

The #1 Track & Field App!

Record your run, jump, pole vault, or throw. Get expert-level technique feedback in seconds. It's the kind of analysis that used to require an elite coach standing on the runway with a stopwatch.

T&F AI is built specifically for track and field. Every event. Every phase. Every athlete.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Record or upload a clip of your event
2. Pick the phases you want feedback on (takeoff, plant, release, etc.)
3. Get a phase-by-phase breakdown of what's working, what's costing you distance or time, and exactly how to fix it
EVERY TRACK AND FIELD EVENT
. Sprints: drive phase, top-end mechanics, finish technique
. Hurdles: lead leg, trail leg, clearance height, between-hurdle rhythm
. Pole vault: approach, plant, takeoff, swing, inversion, clearance
. High jump: approach curve, plant, J-arc, bar clearance
. Long jump: board contact, flight, landing
. Triple jump: hop, step, jump rhythm and distance
. Shot put: glide or rotation, power position, release
. Discus: wind-up, rotation, release angle
. Javelin: approach, crossover, block, release

The AI knows your event. It calls out the phases that matter for your discipline, not generic body-position notes.
HONEST FEEDBACK, NOT FLATTERY
Most apps say "great form, keep going." T&F AI tells you the truth.

. Identifies real flaws and gives specific corrections
. Recognizes when an attempt was incomplete or aborted, so you don't get fake feedback on a vault that never happened
. Recognizes when execution is genuinely elite, so you don't get invented "fixes" on a textbook clearance
. Personalized to your event, your experience level, and the goals you set during onboarding
YOUR OWN AI COACH, ALWAYS ON
After every analysis, ask follow-up questions the way you'd ask a real coach.

. "Why is my plant late?"
. "What drill should I do for hip drive?"
. "How do I fix this before next week's meet?"

Answers stay tied to your event, your form, and your goals.
SHAREABLE HIGHLIGHT REELS
Turn any analysis into a social-ready clip. Your moments, your fixes, captioned automatically. Send to iMessage, TikTok, or Instagram in one tap.
TRACK PROGRESS OVER TIME
. Every analysis saved automatically
. Compare past attempts and watch your form improve
. Frame-by-frame scrubber for any saved clip
. Notes section for cues, drills, and meet plans you want to remember
BUILT FOR
. Athletes who want real feedback between practices
. Coaches running multiple athletes (assign analyses, track progress across your roster)
. Parents supporting an athlete and wanting to understand the technique
